Busy Birds Role Play Parties
Bring the magic of Busy Birds to your own venue!
Our role play parties are packed with imaginative play, adventure and fun for little ones from crawling age up to 5 years old.
Whether you're celebrating at home, in a village hall, community centre or another venue of your choice, we can bring the Busy Birds role play experience directly to you.
We offer delivery and set-up across Harrogate and surrounding areas.
Alternatively, if you don't have your own venue, we can host your party at Wetherby Sports Association.
What's Included?
Busy Birds Role Play Party
Your party includes:
A selection of our exciting Busy Birds role play areas
2 hours of Imaginative, open-ended play for little ones (extra time added on for extra cost)
Our Baby Birds area for pre-walkers
All role play equipment, props and resources
Delivery, set-up and pack-down within our local area
The role play areas can be tailored to suit your party and the space available.
Make Your Party Extra Special
Themed Craft Table & Tough Trays
Add a specially prepared themed craft table and matching sensory tough trays to your party, designed around your chosen celebration or theme.
Perfect for Christmas, Easter, Halloween, birthdays and other special occasions.
Spring/Summer Outdoor Upgrade (April–September)
Make the most of warmer weather with our beautiful outdoor learning space and activities!
Includes:
Nature shop, painting, cars & diggers, mark making, mud kitchen, water play and much more!
Pricing & Booking
2 hours Busy Birds Role Play Party (16 children) – £200
(More time and children can be added for extra cost)
A £50 deposit is required to secure your chosen date, with the remaining £150 balance payable at least one week before the party.
Themed Craft Table & Tough Trays – £30
Spring/Summer Outdoor Upgrade (April–September) £50
(Outdoor Upgrade increases the maximum number of children to 25).
Venue hire is not included in the £200 party price when using your own venue.
If you choose to hold your party at Wetherby Sports Association, venue hire will be added to the party price.
